Are there any purchases I won't earn progress on?


Dollars spent on purchases of retail items, tax, gratuity, or delivery fees do not earn progress.




Do I earn progress for buying a Gift Card?


Yes! When a gift card is purchased, the member making the purchase will earn progress for each dollar spent on gift cards. However, when a guest uses a gift card as payment, they will not receive progress towards the amount of the gift card.




When will my Good Food Rewards expire?


Special rewards have different expiration dates. Check your app for expiration dates on specific rewards.




I had a reward on my account and it disappeared before I could use it. What happened?


We’re sorry you didn’t get to enjoy your reward. Some of our rewards are offered for a limited time only and expire after the period ends. Please note that we specify the expiration guidelines at the time rewards are made so please check the offer details when you receive notice of a special reward.




I’ve been identified as a silver or gold member of Good Food Rewards. How do I maintain this level?


You will progress through tiers until Gold status is achieved. Once a new status is earned, you will hold that level status for one year. But, progress towards tiers restarts at the beginning of each calendar year.

  • Bronze = $0 - $499 spent
  • Silver = $500 - $1,499 spent
  • Gold = $1,500 + spent




Does it matter what time of year I achieve a new tier level?


No. Whether you achieve a new benefit level in April or December, you stay at that level for the remainder of the current calendar year.




How do I know how many Good Food Rewards I have earned?


Log into your account on the Good Food Restaurants mobile app or view your account online.

Why are you asking for my credit card information to sign-up?


We encourage our Rewards members to link a credit card, so that earning progress toward your next reward is easier than ever! Each time your linked credit card is swiped at one of our establishments, you will automatically earn progress towards your next reward. Our platform runs atop the credit card companies’ networks, which sends us notifications when a linked card transacts. This process is called tokenization, and is the same technology used by Apple Pay. We do not have access to your credit card information, nor do we store your credit card information anywhere in our system.




After I register, what do you do with my information?


We use this information to send you information on special offers and promotions that we think will be of interest to you. We also use it to send updates on changes to the program and to keep you apprised of your account activity. Please note that we will never share your information with a third party.




I do not want to link a credit card, what are my options?


We do encourage our Rewards members to link a credit card, so that earning progress toward your next reward is easier than ever, but you are not required to link a credit card to earn or redeem rewards. You have the option to not link a credit card with your Good Food Rewards account, and can manually upload photos of your receipts within the Good Food Restaurants app to earn progress toward your next reward. You have one month from the date of purchse to upload the receipt into your account. To upload a receipt, open the Good Food Rewards app and click on the UPLOAD RECEIPTS tab. From there, you'll snap a photo of your receipt after payment and fill in the corresponding total and payment infomation. Please note, it may take up to 48+ hours for those purchases to show in the system. You are able to upload up to 3 receipts per day.




Can I use Good Food Rewards at all Good Food restaurants?


Yes, Good Food Rewards can be earned and redeemed at all Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill locations, Happy Daz locations, and Old City Prime.




How do I earn rewards with the new Good Food Rewards program?


Once you have linked a credit card to your account, you will automatically earn progress towards rewards when using a linked credit card. You can link more than one credit card to your account. You also have the option to upload a photo of your receipt to the Good Food Rewards app to earn progress toward your next reward.




Does it cost anything to become a member or download the app?


Nope! In fact, you’ll receive $5 off just for signing up!




What are the benefits of the Good Food Rewards tier program?





Can I share an account with someone else? (i.e. spouse, parent, family member, ect?)


Yes, an account can be shared by using the same email address and you are able to use that information to log into more than one device. A credit card can only be linked to one account, however you are able to link as many credit cards in your account as you would like.




I don’t have a smart phone, can I still participate in the new rewards program?


We do understand that some of our loyal customers may not have a phone compatible with our new Good Food Rewards program. You are able to set-up and manage your account using a web browser, and can earn rewards while dining in if you have linked a credit card to your account. You would also be able to earn and redeem rewards when placing an order online. We want the new rewards program to be exciting for all of our guests so therefore we are trying to be accommodating to our guests that do not have a smart phone. If you have earned rewards and decide you would like to redeem them in the store, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you.




What do I need to register for a Good Foods Rewards account?


When you register, you will be asked to provide your email address, name, phone number, birthday, favorite location, and will be prompted to register a credit card. In order to login for the first time, you will need to have access to the provided email address on the device you're using to login. You will be sent an email with a link included. When you click the link in the email, this link will allow you to login and you'll automatically be signed in.




I frequently pay in cash, how do I earn progress for those purchases?


We understand that we have many loyal guests who pay in cash and we do not want them to be excluded from earning or redeeming rewards. When you choose to pay in cash, you have the option to upload a photo of your receipt to the Good Food Rewards app to earn progress toward your next reward. You have one month from the date of purchase to upload the receipt into your account. To upload a receipt, open the Good Food Rewards app and click on the UPLOAD RECEIPTS tab. From there, you'll snap a photo of your receipt after payment and fill in the corresponding total and payment information. Please note, it may take 48+ hours for those purchases to show in your account. You are able to upload up to 3 receipts per day.




How do I redeem a reward in-store?


Open the Good Food Rewards app and click on the REWARDS tab to view your available rewards. Next to each reward is a REDEEM button that you will press when you are ready to use a reward. Show the 6-digit code to your server or cashier. If you wish to use more than one reward, repeat this process.




How do I redeem a reward online (Beer Barrel only)?


It's easier than ever to redeem a reward when placing an order online. Use the Good Food Rewards app or visit order.thanx.com/goodfood and select the menu items you'd like to order and add to cart. When you're ready to checkout, open your cart and you'll be able to swipe and see your available rewards. Simply click "apply reward" to the reward you would like to use and the discount will be subtracted from your subtotal. Only one reward can be redeemed per online order.




Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?


Multiple rewards can be redeemed in store, but only one reward can be redeemed per online order.
